Special delivery...two days old

I am so excited to introduce all of you to my newest client, baby V.  This little guy is one of the sweetest, most precious babies ever!!!  His daddy and mommy are two of my favorite clients...they are truly going to be awesome parents.  I went to the hospital today for his first of many photo sessions.  He was sleeping like an angel when I got there...this is the first picture I took...

After I held him for a while ( I had to get my baby-fix ) it was time for business...I took him to the window so that I could use the natural light ...it could not have been more perfect, even on this wet rainy day!  I took pictures for about an hour...and I am amazed at how good this little baby was the entire  session...here are a few of my first glance favorites!

I feel so blessed that I got to photograph this little baby boy while he is so young...it was a really cool experience, for me...and for baby V's mom and dad...we were all a little emotional!  This is a very special baby...he is very loved!

I had to share some pictures from my session yesterday...I had such a great time getting to know this little girl.  I love when I get the opportunity to work with older kids and I think that Miss Jordan has quickly become one of my all time favorites!

I'm Back...

thanks for all the nice emails I received while gone on our family vacation...YES...we had a wonderful time visiting the Ozarks!  My kids really enjoyed the mountains and the horse back riding.  It was nice to just get away and be in nature for a while....BUT, I am back and ready to shoot!  I have a busy week ahead of me...and talk about starting it off on the right foot....Today I met lil' Miss Hailey...she is 18 months old and is as beautiful as they come...

To say that Hailey likes blue berries would be quite an understatement...Thank goodness her mommy brought so many to the session!

I have to share a bunch of these with you...because I LOVE them all so much...it was an awesome session and it just felt so great to be with a client, shooting, after taking some time off...I LOVE my job!

Thank you Meredith and Jeff for sharing you precious little girl with me...you were all wonderful to work with...I had so much fun!
