Catch Me If You Can...

Mr. Kane...is by FAR...the fastest little boy on the planet Earth...period...no questions...!  I have had the joy of photographing this little guy three times now...each time in honor of his birthday, he is now turning THREE!  I sincerly look forward to his ALWAYS smiling face and being around his joyful spirit...but did I mention that he is one fast little kid!  I love his pictures from this session...I think that they really show off how adorable he is...Look at those big brown eyes!  I can't wait to show his mommy and daddy the rest!

Just Too Cold...

A couple of days ago I met two of the most darling little girls ever!  These two sisters are just so cute and tiny...they had fancy clothes and hair bows...and we were all ready to have a wonderful photo session...but there was one small problem...it was FREEZING!  Ok...so it wasn't freezing...but at 54 degrees...it sure felt like it was when you are only 1 and 3 years old and wearing your best spring attire!  Not fun at all...Well, mom and I reschedule for a few weeks from now when (fingers crossed) the weather will be a bit warmer...but still, I couldn't help but share a few...bundle up!

The one shot we "got"...I just crack-up when I look at the death grip that baby sister has on her big sis...her face says it all...we are cold...but aren't they gorgeous!

Three Months...

It's hard to believe this darling baby boy is already three months old...didn't I just do his new born pictures!  Babies grow so fast...it sounds so predictable to say that...but it's true.  They go from sleepy newborn to active baby in just a matter of weeks...Mr. L is doing all sorts of fun things now...beginning to roll over, smiling and making all kinds of fun noises...he has definitely found his voice!  I love this family...I so enjoy my time with them...and our fun "non photography" conversations!  They are SO in love with this little boy...from the way they talk to him to the way they hold him...you can just see their love for him...here are just a few from our session...can't wait to go through the rest...

Twin Boys...

Ok...I know one mama who has been very excited to see this sneak peak!  I have had such a crazy week...so I am still running a little behind on the blog...!  I first photographed these two for their first birthday!  They have grown SO much and are just the cutest little boys...I really enjoyed my time with them...brief as it was...I still love the results!  I cant wait to show you guys the rest!

Beautiful Baby Girls...

Sweet As Sugar!  I love these baby girls...Monday of this week I got spend some time with two of the sweetest little angels.  What is kind of funny, is that they actually look a little bit alike.  Both have darling little bald heads and beatufiul blue eyes....

First up...lil' Miss "B"...she is three months old and one of my baby plan memebers.  I just love taking her picture and getting to watch her grow...!  She is SO pretty and she has such an intense stare!

This little sweetheart is a true miracle...she was only 2 lbs. at birth and now that she is seven months old...she is still a tiny lil 10 pounder!  She is just so sweet and gererous with her smiles!  I am so happy her mom jumped in some of the pictures...she has the BEST hair, dont you think!

Florida Bound...

So far in 2008 alone, I have lost three very dear clients to out of state moves...and the Hinshaw family makes #4!  I am so sad that this awesome family is moving so far away...they are so much fun to know!  I am also really excited for them, Florida is "going home" for this gang.  So along with this being a great career move for them they are really happy to get back to their family!  But...you can't move away with out ONE last photo shoot...*wink*!  Good luck Hinshaws...Texas will miss you and so will I!

Urban Senior...

I am already getting behind on blogging...yikes!  It has been a little busy around here...So I am really happy to finally sit down and share some pictures of my most recent senior session from this past Saturday.  This is Ethan...he is a senior this year in Flower Mound...and so much fun!  Ethan was just awesome to work with and as you can see...he has a great smile!!!  I got to photograph his sister's senior pictures last year and she is just as nice and cool...this is a great family to know!  I think they may be in need of some family picutres soon...hint, hint!

A New Brother...

I remember the first time my daughter Madison met her new baby brother...Some great friends of ours who had been keeping her during my delivery brought her to the hospital.  I was so nervous at how she would react to her new brother...did she know that her life was changed for ever...she was no longer the "sole" keeper of the house.  She was no longer the "baby"...I even wondered if she would be angry with me for letting the little intruder "in" to begin with.  But you know, none of my worries came true...Even as a toddler my daughter looked at her new baby brother as a gift...and I fully believe that she fell in love with him from the first minute they met.  She had no hesitation in calling him "her baby".    I am so thankful that my kids have each other...I really believe that even though they have their sibling "moments"...that they love and cherish the other...

All of these thoughts come to me when I took this first picture yesterday.  This big sister in only one year old herself...a baby still...and yet you can just tell that she already KNOWS this is HER baby.  The look on her face says it all...so protective over her new brother!  So here is Mr. "C"...only 12 days old and his new big sister...

Two Beautiful Babies...

I got to play with two babies yesterday...One strapping boy and one tiny little girl!  I love this age...6-9 months...they are drooly & chubby...and they have little dimples on their hands...Babies this age also have the softest skin ever...SO SWEET!  Although I was fighting a pretty nasty headache yesterday...these two little ones made my day a lot better...

First up...6 month old baby "J"...LOVE his baby rolls...!

And lil Miss "O"...this is her third appearance on my blog...she is really growing!  I love her tippy toes!

Model Senior...

I am so excited to share these pictures!  Meet Miss Lauren, senior 2008...we had a blast this past Saturday shooting her senior pictures!  With the exception of the an exploding flat iron,  lots of dog poop issues and the car wreck that we witnessed...everything went as smoothe as a photographer could ask for *WINK*  Lauren is a doll and completely "worked" the camera...the girl is a natural in front of a lens...!  Thank you Lauren and Amy for a fun and eventful morning!  Hope you love the preview!
